Looking for the name of a nudibranch? Search by primary color below. Since nudibranchs often have multiple colors, try to determine the body color as opposed to the complimentary accent shades. For example, the Chromodoris Magnifica nudibranch on this page has a white body, so you would search “White, Off-White, Black, Grey” (not yellow). Note that sometimes there is only slight variation in color shades, so you may need to look in more than one grouping. An example is that a light pink body might look white if it is opaque. This is the case with the Aegires Villosus nudi, for example (can be found on the “Purple, Pink” page).
